1260 Squadron Newark & District Air Cadets have a double celebration with the promotion of Jonathan Lile to Cadet Warrant Officer and Jonathan also gaining his Air Cadet Pilot Scheme Wings following an intensive 2-week scholarship programme at Tayside Aviation, Dundee.

Region Success

Sgt Tobias Rumley from 1260 Squadron Newark & District Air Cadets was part of the winning Central and East regional football team during the 2016 inter-regional competition.

Sgt Rumley received his regional 'blue' and was presented with his winners medal by Air Commodore Dawn McCafferty, Commandant Air Cadets.

Flying April 2016

Air Cadets fom 1260 Squadron Newark & District Air Cadets have been flying with 7 AEF RAF Cranwell.

Included in the group were three of our most recent Air Cadets who joined in September 2015. To commemorate their first flight they were presented with certiciates.
